Any detail other than at gamespot for Nascar Thunder 2003? TIA

Well they show it at the start of all the NASCAR Cup races on NBC/TNT.
Looks pretty bad IMHO.  Cars look grainy and seem to move around weird, but
then again it could be in arcade mode.
