Reloaded Win98, now N4 & 2002 won't run.

Because of a disk crash I had to reload Win98 on my system. When I
reinstalled N4 & 2002 they now won't run. When I click on the icon the disk
light blips a bit and that's it. I do a ctrl-alt-del to check the task and
yes it is running. I check the resources and the processor is being utilized
100% so N4 is doing something. The first time run configuration setup
doesn't even get called. I can get the configuration to run by clicking on
the icon and also can get the N4 server to run but not the game. The machine
runs Quake II just fine which uses 3d heavily. HELP !!!

Check the video card driver used in N4 and 2002?  Maybe you don't have the
*exact* same version that you had before...

 Did you use the same disk? Did you reformat and do a clean install? Are
your drivers (sound video, etc) the same level as they were before?
