laptime.

The replays included with the game are good benchmarks, although some are
better laps than others.  Also these are the time GPL Rank is based on.

The benchmark times are the default replay times as found when you first
install GPL

are the bench marks the fastest lap at the beginning or end of the reply at
Monaco there's a 8 sec difference
