Hi,

I have a small problem with F1 2000.

When I do a quick race, I get a close to real grid, except for HH Frentzen
who is always last. Is there a way to adjust the setting in order to put
poor Heinz-Harald higher on the grid?

You have to open the file ..\Season00\Drivers\HFrentzen.rcd an change
the first row in 'Heinz-Harald Frentzen' (instead of 'Harold').

Now HHF is one of the best!

You mean they misspelled his name in that file and that causes him to qualify
poorly? Bizarre. Thanks for the tip. How on Earth did you figure that one
out?

Little known bug in many sim programs. *** drivers HATE it when the
name is mispelled or they get the Helmet color wrong. Just look at GP2
for example. When the car builders updated the carsets, Schumi was
moved from Bennetton to Ferrari. Since he's been there, no more world
championships...it's either a *** typo or the wrong color red(orange)
that Marlboro forced them to use on the cars.
