Windows 95 w/ Nascar

Help!  I'm looking for a little help with the config sys and auto exec to
run nascar with the most possible memory.  I have 24mb on 60 mhz pentium.

I would like both one for running under dos and windows.  I created the
bat file to run under windows, so configuration to run this under would
be greatly appreciated.
