Dear Group,
Okay, okay - I might be out on a limb here but I'm resurrecting from the
storage cupboard (you ought to SEE what's in there!! F'rinstance - Indycar
Racing 1 and 2, in their original boxes! I must buy a 486 so that I can
re-live the experience!) this sim just so that I can try out the AAOWR mod
and a couple of different circuits, Laguna Seca being one.

But, for some odd reason, although I follow the circuit creators
instructions on where to place the files, it doesn't appear in the game
itself.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Bruce.

it helps to have the nocd portion installed.  The uspits has a dandy
utility that installs the nocd and the latest patches.   Then all you have
to do is let the installer work.   A word of caution tho..you are better
off installing Heat in the default pathway.  Don't get fancy and put it on
another drive, or partion, or tuck it away inside a games or sims folder.
Go 100% default on the boot drive...or else...

Thanks for the advice, Dave.
I'll follow it up when I get home from work today (just gone 6:00 AM Tuesday
here).

Still the best online code out there, :)  Go to osrc.net to get all the
tracks/etc

Thanks for the tip on osrc.
Unfortunately I don't race on-line, so I reckon those additional circuits
would be without any decent AI?

Bruce.
