N2 modem connection

N2 modem connection

Tonight a friend and I tried to connect and everytime we connected, we got
disconnected.  Our latency was .10 seconds.  Is that good or not?  We also
tried on a Saturday night around 9:30, could it just be because the phone lines
are too busy?  Any suggestions?
