Ive a P2 400 + 33.6k modem and my friend has a P2 233 + 28.8k modem, he will
upgrade to 56.6k soon ...

are our comps fine for GPL and Nascar2 modem racing ?

I forgot to ask if NR99 supports modem play also ...

I have raced modem to modem successfully with GPL. We both set the maximum
connect at 28800 in the core.ini file and it worked perfectly! Latency was
only .222 and we live about 800 kilometres away from each other (but still
in the same country).

The only downside is that you can only race 1 other person, but you can add
in some AI cars.
