N2-3dfx still won't work

Thanks to everyone for the Glide Driver help !

However, the program still hangs up when "Initalizing Glide" I am using MS
Mode.
Other racing sims/games such as Burnout and Motoracer
work great In 3d mode !

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
