N2 Won't Work

Wondering if anyone has had this problem.  I have a new Dell266 with
STB Velocity 128 card.  After intro of NASCAR2 I got "OUT OF SCAN
RANGE".  After weeks of phone and E-mail correspondance with DELL, STB
and SIERRA, getting the latest drivers for sound and graphic cards,
latest BIOS update and changing color, resolution, and refresher
settings,  SIERRA senior tech said that NASCAR2 will not work in
conjunction with DELL's STB128.  I'm disappointed, was looking forward
to playing this motorsports sim.

That tech is incorrect. I have the Dell XPS D300 with the STB 128 Velocity
card and Nascar2 does run. It wouldn't at first, but then I downloaded the
new drivers from the STB site and it worked great. Also, I seem to recall
I couldn't get it to run in Win95, but it ran fine in DOS.

Tell Dell you want another video card.  That card works on other
machines.
