Just extract the contents of the zip file into your F1_2000 directory:
F1_2000/Season00/Tracks/ROADATLANTA

The road atlanta track is great on F1 2000!! Wowee.. alot of fun to
drive at those speeds and the AI is right on.. hard to pass as it should
be..

Only problem I'm having is keeping tires under the damn thing. <g>
After a good, hard 3-4 laps, even with the hard compound, she's glowing
beet red. Then she won't corner without looping either. Think I'm
gonna have to soften the suspension a tad...
