How do I configure MS CART PR with TM Nascar Pro?

can't set it up to work as well as it did with my TM Formula T2 because
steering has a larger dead zone and the pedals aren't as precise...

?? Never had any problems of that nature with my TMNPro, connected via a L4
digital gameport (with V1.41 drivers).

So, the in-game settings don't help?
