CART Precision Racing and TM NASCAR PRO Wheel

CART Precision Racing and TM NASCAR PRO Wheel

I just bought both and have had no luck getting the gas and brake to work. I
have followed the insructions from both ThrustMaster and CART PR to the
letter but no luck. The wheel works as do the buttons and the brake and gas
work in Control Panel test. I have no other controllers attached. Has anyone
encountered this problem and is there something obvious that I am
overlooking? Thanks in advance for any help.

About the only thing I can suggest is make sure you have the pedals
set to "combined".  I am not positive, but I don't think CPR supports
the pedals in the "seperate" mode.  Also make sure that you do not have
"rudders" checked in the Win95 setup for your wheel.  Are you using TM's
ProPanel applet to setup your wheel in Win95?

I'm sure they do.  That's the only way I run.  If Win95 supports it,
CPR should support it.

Well, it seems you overlooked F1RS and CPR's crippling shortcomings
:) On a more serious note, if you have not already, uncheck "polls with
interupts" under advanced. Also, calibrate under windows rather than
from within CPR.

Yup, when you have the button setup for the wheel, make sure none of them
say gas or brake or rephrase to mean the same. It happened to me once too
