Questions for MS CART PR team

I know you guys are working your butts off on the updates
people have been complaining about, but I was wondering
about a few things in the final release (or version 1.x...):

1. Will we be able to put our own names in instead of
driving "as" someone else? Half the fun of sims is
racing against "the stars"... I can't speak for everyone,
but I'm not really interested in BEING someone else...

2. Paintkit? Custom car designer???

3. Expansion tracks? Updated track support? It would
be nice to know that someday we'll get to add Houston
and Montegi and update Vancouver, Detroit, and
Homestead. Please tell me we're not going to be "stuck
    in 1997" forever...

4. (Well, call it 3a...) If you will be supporting the product
with track updates, it would be nice to have the option,
for example, to keep the old Homestead and install the
new Homestead in addition to it, rather than just
replacing it... I don't want to be stuck in 1997, but it
would be nice to be able to choose between current
    tracks and "vintage" tracks...

5. How about a track editor/creator? Not an easy task, I
realize, but something for you to "put on the list".

Again, I apologize for putting out a wish list before the game
even hits the shelves, but I just want you to know that there
are many of us hoping that Microsoft sticks with and
continues to support CART PR for many many years...

Thanks for your time,
- Mike.

Questions for MS CART PR team

Great news! Thanks...

Uh-oh... does "we're looking at it" mean "we're looking at it"
or does it mean "dream on, pal"? :-) So far, I've been impressed
with the CART team's interaction and seemingly genuine desire
to get this sim done and done right... So for now, I'll assume
that you mean it when you say it's being looked at... :-)

If everyone at Microsoft works as hard as the CART team, I
(and many others, I'm sure) may have to form new opinions
about MS! :-)  :-)  :-)

Hope that doesn't make you feel too pressured!

Thanks again and good luck!
- Mike.
