HAWAII SKILL RATING's - NEWBIES vs BETA TESTORS

My .01 cent about SKILL RATINGS!!!!

I remember back when we NEWBIES started racing on HAWAII... We had all
the NEWBIES with a 0 rating
day and all the HAWAII BETA testors with 10, 11 and 12's.  The Hawaii
beta testors were
all racing against each other and they skill levels got inflated.  There
is something wrong with
the skill system that allows this..  The first thing that happened was
the mix of NEWBIES
and BETA testors.  Some of the BETA testors skill levels dropped several
levels and of
course the newbies couldnt go anywhere execpt up.  This whole process of
dropping and
going up happen very quickly.  Although I have well over $6000 invested
in Hawaii and
have over a 1000 races I think the SKILL levels should start at 0.

If NRO is unable to support national game play it will force the HAWAII
oldest and
tightest groups of people into new pockets and racing against new
drivers and new
skill rating???

Lets hope this NRO thing gets of the ground soon.
