I bought mine directly from UBISOFT in Montreal. It was only $50 can i
think and it was  only something like $7 can for shipping and I received it
two days later. I just couldn't believe the price and shipping. Needless to
say I have had it for two months and play it every day. IMHO the best game
I have ever purchased.

F1RS
Minimum Required: P120,Direct 3D card,16MB ram
Recommended: P166,3Dfx card, 20MB ram,4x CD-Rom and a steering wheel.
I have a P166(nonMMX),80MB ram, Monster 3D and with most of
the graphics on and reduce number of cars to 12 it has great graphics
and runs smooth except for the start of a race. CPU speed makes a big
difference.
You can order it in U.S. from:
http://www.dxshop.com/_shop/home.mhtml?shop=valuesoft
or  http://www.interactcd.com

I bought my copy from Valuesoft for 29.99 + 5.00 shipping in Canada. I don't
recall the url but it should be easy to find via search engine.

A Direct3D card with FOUR megabytes of on-board memory required.
Sorry, 2MB Millenium and S3 Virge3D owners.

I would say at least a P200/32MB with a good D3D (Riva128) card or
preferably a 3Dfx card to fully enjoy it. On a P233mmx/32MB/Voodoo it
is very nice.
