You can edit the game sounds, car paint schemes, interior***pit, edit
the car's value. The only difference between the "new" version and the
Quebec version is that mine is in french (of course, I had the option of
installing the game in german, dutch, french or spanish (I think) but
not in english).
The thing I like about this game (maybe the only thing I like) is the
tires. They are full 3d models (i.e. donut shape, middle part is
"empty"). Other sims I saw, the tires were flat on the side, like a
hockey puck (no hole in the middle). A nice effect in MGPRS2 is when a
tire gets flat or damaged, you may end up only having the rim on that
corner. It's the first time I saw that and would like other game to do
the same thing.
