Monaco (MGPRS2) question.

Is it just me or does the new patches (v1.03 and v1.04) make the cars much
more loose. I had to reinstall Monaco and I was much faster with the
original version than I am with the new patches.
With the original version (and F1RS, which feels much tighter), I could go
several races with out spinning out. Now I can't even make it through a
whole race with out spinning out at least once.
Has any one else noticed this?
