NASCAR 2 NO Sound

I installed NASCAR 2 last night.  Tried to run it in windows 95.
Works great except NO SOUND.  I had sound during setup but when
running program it says "sound card in use by another device".
HELP!!!!!! (Ensonique Soundscape 32 card)
