What driver to use so you can run GPL on your TV? (GeForce Asus V6600
deluxe) Their latest 5.16 (I think) don't work with GPL and D3D, and the
Detonator drivers have no TV out option...

Go to the Asus German site and get the beta 5.22 driver. Best TV-out driver
they ever made.
