BEST F1 Simulator???

What is the best F1 game  and why?
I only have GP3. I like the gp3_Edit utility so I can paint cars and
install them. I like the wide variety of tracks and carsets going all
the way back to the 60's that people have made.
Is there a better F1 game as in depth? I find this game one of
the most challenging I have ever played. Especially with no assists
on. I have to use throttle assist. Im working on turning it off... all
in good time though.

?Grand Prix Legends.  Why?  Well, it's still the best racing simulation 3
years after it's release, it's also the title with the most ***
third-party add-ons and utilities.

Therefore, you can't go wrong with Grand Prix Legends.

Yes, GPL surpasses by far (and that's almost an understatement) any other
racing simulation in terms of deep realism.

If you are ever in the market for Viagra, save yourself some money and
instead just have a stare at your copy of GPL.

F1RC is the best, although F12000CS is very good also. You would probably be
better off getting F1RC now, and F12001 in a couple of months.

Why get F1RC now?  Why not wait for F1RC2? I have all the modern F1 sims.
GP3 more than holds its own with either F1RC or F12000CCS.

If you're going to get GPL, and I hope you do, then you may like to read an
article I wrote called "A Beginner's Guide to Grand Prix Legends" which can
be found here: http://www.legendscentral.com/gplintro.shtml.  If you have
any questions we also have an extremely busy forum at Legends Central.

Cheers

I would *never* recommend F1RC to anyone until a patch is out that
fixes the abysmal AI.

I think you are making a good decision. Stick with GPL, even if it drives
you crazy at first. Hell, I've been playing GPL for over two years and it
still drives me crazy at times. However, it is also very rewarding when you
make breakthroughs. I have even managed to win some races. Winning in GPL
gives me a feeling of satisfaction unrivaled in other racing sims/games.

ROTFLMAO!!  If it'll get DGF up, it'll get anybody up!  Seriously
though, you won't do better than GPL.  It'll make you a better all
'round driver as well.

Since you didn't say the word 'modern' then GPL is comfortably the best F1
sim i've seen.
