After installing the PATCH for ICR2 I can no longer use the
Joystick/Gamepad to scroll up & down the various menu screens!
The gamepad works fine when driving the car and the buttons on the
gamepad work on the menu screens but I can't scroll up and down w/o using
the keyboard.
Any suggestions on how to fix this ***y Bug/Gnat?

Presss the J key while at the menu screen, this will turn-off/turn-on
the joystick.
