You've gotta edit the Registry to get full calibration from a non-U pot. It
can be done...but make sure you back up the original.

...but seem gone now. Basically, you have to negotiate the Registry until
you find a string of hex numbers that pertain to the pot values (like 0000
0000 8B repeated as many times as you've got axes), and then edit the last
two digits until you get full deflection on a calibration util like TM's
ProPanel. Then you change all the others to match (assuming all the pots
have the same resistance). You might find a reprint of this article
somewhere under controllers or PDPI.
