Assuming you don't want to go with a Voodoo 5500 (abt. $100...when you can
find them), the nVidea GF 2 line yer best choice for GPL (if you're thinking
ahead to WSC, you might consider a GF3, but they're $$$).  The MX 200 is one
helluva $90 card, but a $105 MX 400 or a $120 GTS is probably better suited
to an 800-Mhz CPU.  The $200+ GF2 Ultra is definitely overkill (but faster
than the GF3 on any racing game currently on the market).

If you aren't ready for a GF3 or to spend $300 on a card, I suggest the
following deal (I just bought one and the card is excellent):

http://store.yahoo.com/buyeee/gaingef2pro4.html

It's a GF2 Pro/450 "Golden Sample" card by Gainward with 4.5ns memory.
Nothing fancy, but it does have TV-out.  Most Ultra's are clocked at 500 and
I had no problem OCing this card to 500 with the GF Tweak Utility.  The card
comes with a utility program that will allow you to do the same thing.  You
can adjust the clock and memory settings, etc.  Right now its going for
$137.00 so you are basically getting a GF2 Ultra for about $60 to $70
cheaper.  I replaced my ASUS GeForce 2 GTS 32mb card with this one and I
gained a ton of FPS in N4 and a few other titles.  Now, alot of that just
comes from the extra 32mb of memory.  =)

I just put in the same card, apparently purchased from the same place.
Great deal, very happy with it.

Going by those prices, you'd HAVE to get a GTS for the extra $15.
Probably 40-50% more speed than the MX.

Depends on the games you want to play.  Older stuff?  The V5.  Newer
stuff, GF2 series, Kyro2 or Radeon.
