Anyone else annoyed at the lack of support for NT 4.0 from this
supposedly excellent game?

More and more games are now NT 4.0 compatible, so why not this one.

I want to play but I can't!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cool down, Kevin. While I feel your pain, keep in mind:

It is a pre-release demo.
It doesn't support D3D.
It doesn't support anti-aliasing in 3DFX mode.
It doesn't support Win98 (beta).
It doesn't support Voodoo2 cards properly.
And it doesn't support NT 4.0.

The final product will probably not have all these shortcomings. This
is why they keep working on it.

Steady!
You are looking at a "demo" that is pretty old in the scheme of things
GPL.
We don't know yet what the final release will/will not run under.
