I can't seem to get above 23 fps in N3 in direct 3D mode.

I have P2 400, 128 MB RAM, STB Velocity 4400 (TNT 1).

Is it time to bite the bullet and get a 3dfx 3 or wait for the 3dfx 4 and
GeForce accelerators?

Thanks in advance for any help!

BTW I need this board to work well with apps like Photoshop and 3DSMax,
Maya, (3D & 2D)etc. Does such a board exist?
