Hi,

I bought N3 two days ago, installed it, and it starts fine,
then I press "go race" see the setup, then bing floop it takes
me back to windows in no time flat..... time after time,

HELP !!! I want to play this what seems to be , great game.

BTW I do have Direct X 7, and all last updates from ms website.
FWIW Swat3 works flawlessly. as do all my other games,.

Is this a completely stock install of N3 or have you downloaded any
addons (cars, tracks, etc.)? What are your system specs? Can you

I have read that some people have problems with the desktop shortcuts....some
have had to delete and redo the shortcuts...some have had to uninstall &
reinstall the game.

Try starting the game by going to the :\Papyrus\Nascar3 folder then double
clicking on the NASCAR Racing3.exe file this might eliminate the bad shortcut
theory.....

If you selected the Direct 3d setting try running it without D3D.

Try doing an Alt+Ctrl+Del then ending all tasks running in the background
EXCEPT Explorer & Systray.

Keep trying though it's worth the trouble.
