Is there any kind of racing simulation for PCs, that actually supports
the use of multiple monitors?

I love to play them in the arcade, but once they release for home use
all is reduced to a single monitor.

It could be possible with GPL if you had multiple PC's as well. What you
could do if say you had 3 pc's and monitors is link them together with a
home lan or such, and set two of the PC's in full screen observer mode.
somehow tape down a key assigned to left view on one and right view on the
other. If you have a TV out video card in all the PC's and you hook them up
to some big screen hi definition TV's I bet you would have one heck of a
setup :-)

Actually the processor won't be pounded any more than normally because the
game is already generating multiple views.
I used to use 3 moniters when I played doom in the good old days.
