1. They'd like to see an official announcement about GPL 1.2 from
Papyrus.
2. They'd like support for GPL 1.2 in GPL Spy Boy.
Hopefully an announcement from Papyrus is imminent. It seems unlikely
that they would post the patch files on their public site unless they
were planning to make them public.
A GPL 1.2-capable version of GPL Spy Boy is undergoing private beta
testing. Testing this week uncovered a couple of bugs, which are being
worked on. We hope to have a version ready for release shortly.
Note that the VROC applet, which displays the same races as GPL Spy Boy,
has supported GPL 1.2 for some time. If you want to join or host GPL
1.2 races, you can do so through VROC. Simply go to:
http://vroc.net
Click on the GPL 1.1 race room. You can identify the type of server by
the character displayed at the beginning of the line:
* asterisk: GPL 1.2
+ plus sign: GPL 1.1
BTW, I'll change the name of the room to GPL 1.2 as soon as the patch is
official.

Just noticed that the patch is now officially on Papy's site.
Thanks for all the work you put in for us all.
