Two questions: What are Dynamic Lighting and Specular Highlights,
which are listed in the graphic option? There's no mention of the
effects of these two options in the manual.

Second, why are there no mention of the Ferrari car in the accompanied
strategy guide written by Steve Smith?

First: dynamic lighting is just that. Dynamic lighting means the light
changes as you drive the track. I.e. it's darker in the tunnel at Monaco
than outside. Specular highlights refers to the shading of your chassis and
tyres, making it seem as if the light in the sim eminates from a source
instead of being omnipresent and diffuse. (hope I got that correct)

Second: licencing issues. Steve has posted a discussion of the subject on
Allison's pages (http://simracing.com/alison/gpl/).

When the guide was written it was not definite that Ferrari would give the
go-ahead for the use of the name.
