Is Nascar 99 Worth Upgrading From Earlier N2?

I have N2 and the addon tracks for it. Is it worth upgrading to N99? If it is,
why?
TIA

This one's been answered a dozen times, but I think it still deserves
an answer.  YES *IF*: you want trucks without using a patch; OR you
have a 3Dfx card (yeah, I know there's a patch, but it's a better
implementation in NR99); OR you wanna race in a lot of offline
leagues; OR you're unhappy with your current AI drivers; OR you want
double-file restarts; OR you think you can get $15-20 for your
Nascar2; OR you're being limited by the number of tracks available (n2
was 32, NR99 is 64).
        Personally I like NR99.  I had NR2 and Nas50th, but got the
rebate for NR99 so it was free.  Then sold N2 for $12.  Still have
Nas50th to put all the patches on (my offline league doesn't allow
some of the patches).

I didn't have the addon pack, but IMHO, it is worth it.  The graphics are
improved (marginally, but improved), and you can drive the Craftsman Trucks
(although they just released that for $20....)  Of course, I sent in for
that rebate....

So when is N99 coming out in the UK? Also where can we get the Busch add on packs
for N2. I say this only because I want these extra tracks for GPL.
Cheers,
Paul

The problem I have with the CTS "addon" is that it's NOT an
addon - it's a standalone product.  There goes another, what, 40MB of
disk space?  They SHOULD've made it an addon.  What ALSO bugs me about
it is that Sierra CONTINUALLY DENIED they were going to make the
trucks seperately.
