GPL Locking problem

Anyone

I have just reloaded GPL on my system (P2 450Mhz - 128MB), and it seem fine
for about 40 seconds and then it completly locks up..!!??

In fact I won't even let me reboot.......I have to kill the power to the
socket to get it going again.

I remember someone once posting about this.....

Can someone help??
