CMR2 stutter problem (fix ?)

Found this possible fix for the CMR2 stutter problem at the High gear forum.

Change the prioprity for the Microsoft ADPCM CODEC to 1.
This can be changed in the control panel, multimedia, devices, audio
Compression Codecs, Microsoft ADPCM CODEC , properties.

Don't ask me why this should have any effect, but it fixed the problem for
me !! ;-)

Turning off Environmental Mapping made a HUGE difference for me.

The problem I am refering to is not a normal low framerate problem.
Even with everything set to low, and lots of frames according to the fraps
program, there was still a problem with lots of irritating short stops.
Since the CODEC priority fixed it I guess it is more a sound than a graphics
problem.

But you are right turning off the Environment mapping will improve the
framerate a lot.
