Ive had a problem with my system stuttering since ive installed xp
(celeron 850, 128mb sdram, 64mb geforce2 mx400). I was running the
23.11 drivers but i just downloaded the 26.53 drivers from
www.guru3d.com and its fixed the problem! I havent tested all games
yet but ive seen a bit of a framerate improvment and the stuttering is
gone which i cant complain about at all! Hope this helps anyone else
out there with the same annoying problem.. Best of luck!

From my experience the 23.xx series of drivers are not very good for
Win9X/ME. Although they seem to work well on XP. With the 23.11s I couldn't

1280 screen res. Went back to 21.88s and the performance came back as well.
I just switched to the 27.20s and they seem to be better yet, but with a
very smaller decrease in image quality.

Yeah, I was using 23.11 in WinME and had terrible stuttering in Rally
Trophy. 21.85 were fine.  In XP I'm using 23.11 and haven't got any problems
with anything.
