T2 pedals- whatta...?

by Cheek J » Mon, 07 Jul 1997 04:00:00

I have replaced the pot in the steering once on my 2-year old T2. The
other day, I was having some fun with ICR2. Suddenly, I was blown away
on the straights, and my ratios did'nt seem to fit. I tried N2, and
found the same problem - there was no burn out, the engine just revved
weirdly like somebody were playing pac-man with the throttle. The brake
responds in the same way - the whole picture shakes when I brake in N2.
I have also tried the pedals in NFS2, same problem. When I try to
calibrate in windows, everything is ok, except the pedal axis jump
about. In N2 the pedal calibration is no good - the cursor jumps wildly
about, and for each time i press the gas, I get lower readings. It
usually starts at 190, and then falls...

Anybody out there know my problem?

Thanks,
Matt
