Hate to be an ill-informed bore, but what does the SE version of NFS
offer over the original?

Thanks.

From what I've seen on the box, there are two new tacks, a couple more tracks
"if you are fast enough" (probably you'll have to win the tournament or
something like that), you can drive at different times of the day, there are
two new views: from a chase car and from an helicopter, improved graphics such
as skid marks, and an in-car CD player (I don't know what that does). That's
what I can recall. People who bought it will correct me and add other features.
The question of course is if all that is worth the price, even with
the $ 15 rebate for previous users.

Can't wait for NFS II, and it better come with at least a dozen  new cars and
20 new tracks!

The following web page has the info you're looking for in its "Need

I hate to keep asking questions, but I want to be able to get the most
enjoyment out of this as I possibly can. How many editable text files
are there in this game?  I see that there are track texts files that
can be modified, but what does all the data mean?  Is there somewhere I
can find all this information?

Well, that may be a little much, but he's on the right "track."  Are you
listening EA???  We want more tracks and cars!!  Once that is
accomplished, a track editor would be helpful (have you heard od DOOM
and Duke Nukem??).  Please add your two cents' worth if you agree!
