GP3: try this!

Hi, Well, another little bug found. If you flip the car
(I dumped fisio off the track, sending me flying through
the air), apply the brakes. Notice how the wheels don't
stop? Hehe, they only stop when you hit the ground
again. Maybe the brakes don't work upside down?

Dennis.

Another fun experiment:
Turn damage off, hit another AI car (front to front at full speed
works best here) and wait until a guy moves the AI car to the side of
the road. Then hit the AI car again as fast as you can, and watch the
AI car rolling all over the place, including the man that was pushing
it to the side :)
Really funny! (If you've got a bad sense of humor like I do)

:-) Do you guys play the game at all or do you only search bugs what
doesen't come in normal playing?

Best F1 sim of date.

That only shows good the rest is, don't you think?

Great to know that GP3 can be fun after all...
But what if you want to race?

You've got a point there.  I've got some replays from GPL which definitely
aren't following the laws of physics. :)

Then you start GPL ofcourse!

LOL. Well, I completely suck at racing, cause I haven't finished
a complete lap in GP3 without spinning or going off the track (with
all help off, I can race with everything on, but who can't?), I guess
that's why I see these funny things :) The marshall flying through
the air was something I also saw, but you cannot run them over
when they are waving their flags :( Also you cannot destroy track-
side objects like those 100m signs. Pity.

Dennis.

You just LOVE to take this sim apart. Geez, you should laugh all day
after watching your latest crash in GPl, shouldn't you?

I just hate fanboys, but I hate hateboys, too. Damn, that makes me
a hateboy-hater...

In other words, exactly like GP2, except that the GP3 cars can now
[apparently] do complete rollovers.

Some people might think different, but this new feature DOES justify
the claim of a "completely reworked physics engine". Regardless
whether driving feels so similar or not. Or would it be *simple* to
add 6-axis freedom to the GP2 engine??

NOOOOOOO I'm not taking this sim apart!
For once and for all, read my lips (or better, read my words):
I - LIKE - GP3 - AND - I - WILL - BUY - IT !!!
Even with all it's shortcommings.
Sigh.
I just realize than in allmost every racing game one of the first
things that I try out is what happens when you drive the opposite way
and ram someone front to front with full speed... I know, I'm sick.
When I tried it in GP3, a car was just being towed away by some guy.
I hit him full speed, the car flew away including that guy, and it was
really funny. Really!
...
Ok, I'm sick.
