Downloaded, ran the exe file and can't for the life of me figure out how to
make it run.  Do I need a separate install of gpl?  I'm sure it's something
simple that I'm missing.

   There was a set of instructions on the site.  It's pretty complicated.  
You have to use GEM+ and do several things before it will work.  Go back to
the site and check out the notes(I think that was the menu)

Thanks Dave, unfortunately the "notes" part of the menu doesn't work for me.
Ah well, I don't like complicated mods anyway.  Thanks again,
