NASCAR '99 - patch to use N2 Pocono? where?

I saw something somewhere and I can't remember where it was that mentioned a
patch to get Pocono from N2 to work with N'99....

Pocono is a must -- does anyone know where the patch is or how to use the N2
tracks with '99?
