Someone please help me out!  I know that this has been covered in the
past, but I need a refresher course.

I am a licensed owner of both Nascar and Indycar games as well as all of
the track packs that have been released
to date, including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

How can I convert IMS from either ICR I or ICRII to the Nascar II game.  

Any advice is much appricated.

There's a converter from ICR1 to N1 all over the net, then I found a
converter from N1 to N2.  I don't remember the URL for the N1>N2
converter, but there's a link from my homepage.  Places like the Pits
have the converter from ICR1 to N1.  Enjoy!
