Someone please tell me if it is a breech of copywrite to have
the CONVERTED Indy track sent to me as I don,t have the
original Indy 500 sim to do it myself.  I mean it's not
Papyrus's original work but a convertion.

The Indy track is Papyrus' original work. So yes, it would be. If you own
the Indy track pack and convert it, then no.

So yes if you don't have the original track.
