F1 2001 newbie question

I just bought F12001 but I'm totally new to the game. When I start a
practice session, I cannot seem to drive faster than 60 kms per hour, even
when I leave the pitlane and enter the track. What should I do or change to
be able to drive at a normal speed?

Thanks!
Leon

I think in the EA games there is a pitlane speedlimit button

Unless there is a trainer mode (LOL)

Leon ,
The pitlane speed limiter is on.
Assuming you haven't changed any of the default keyboard controls press the
"spacebar" on your keyboard to turn off the pitlane speed limiter once you
exit the end of pitlane.
I would also advise reading the manual ;)

I could have thought of that myself ;-)
