New F1GP/WC FTP site (at last!)

Yes, at long last I've been able to move all the heavy duty stuff off
www.mal.com and onto www.gamesdomain.co.uk, which also means that all
the utilties, the datalog archive, the MPS zips (1.05 upgrades and
demo), and TrevK's utilties are avaianle via FTP as well as the WWW.

The URLs are:

        http://www.racesimcentral.net/
and     ftp://www.gamesdomain.co.uk/pub/users/dgymer/f1gp/

This site will soon be mirrored in Russia and the US. Links to the WWW
site are already on www.mal.com; FTP links will follow shortly.
