F1GP/WC: LF3000 Review (via FTP - still looking for site!)

A review of the just-finished LF3000 season is now available via FTP.

I will be asking Peter to remove these files again once pre-season
testing for LF3000's successor, LFRS, gets underway. I am _still_
trying to find someone who has some space on an FTP server and is
willing to spare about 5 meg of disk space on their server and the tiny
amount of time required to maintain it (none at all, if they give me
upload and delete access) to host an F1GP/WC specific archive,
mirroring the stuff on my WWW site. If you can help, please please
please get in touch!
