Amiga F1GP/WC Support Site - NEW!

by Oliver Robert » Wed, 04 Mar 1998 04:00:00

On 1 March 1998, the revamped AMIGA FORMULA ONE website was launched,
Since its conception in 1994, this website has aimed to be the central
support site for the Amiga version of Formula One Grand Prix (aka World
Circuit).  See the 'new look' for yourself:

The restructured site aims to continue this role, but during the last year
or so, other excellent F1GP related pages have cropped up on other servers
and there is no reason why this trend should not continue.  To help
encourage and manage this in the best way possible, two new ideas have
been introduced:

1. F1GP LINKS PAGE - http://www.racesimcentral.net/~oliver/f1gplinks.html

This page is meant to be the ultimate index for any internet resources
related to F1GP.  Using this index you will be able to see exactly what
is available and what's more all links have been separated into logical
groups to make it even easier to find what you want.  You can easily
add new links to this index by filling in the form at the end of the
page.

2. AMIGA F1GP WEBRING - http://www.racesimcentral.net/~oliver/f1gpring/

The Amiga F1GP Webring consists of web pages related to the Amiga version
of F1GP. Webrings provide a way to link web pages / sites, with the same
theme, together into a ring. Each page that is part of the ring allows the
user to access any of the other pages that are in the ring.  Anybody
who has a F1GP related web page can add it to the ring.  This will help
to publicise lesser known web pages, and at the same time allow users to
visit other F1GP web pages.

I hope you enjoy and find the new site useful.  As always, I'm open for
any queries, criticisms or general comments...
