day talking about it after he won at Atlanta.
I've read that Juan Montoya likes GP2 & GPL.
Does anyone know of any other information about real race drivers and how
some of them are really into the race sims?
Thanks

He also said he used CART Precision Racing to learn the
tracks before his first season in CART. As I recall, Chip Ganassi
also said that he thought the younger generation of drivers who
group in the video age were benefited from increased hand/eye
coordination skills because of this exposure. I know a WOC
driver who loves DTRSC.

I got to talk with funny car driver Whit Bazemore last year
and found out that he enjoys racing GPL in his off season.

Check out the GPL ranks of Kevin Firlien and Susan Archer. Ok, you arn't
going to see them on Sunday afternoon on Fox but they're real drivers
nonetheless and you just MIGHT catch them on Speedvision.
Not all real drivers are famous. Not all famous drivers are good.

On the other hand some famous drivers know what's good when they see it!

I've been racing Legendscars for over a year, do I count??? :)
I've found it helps going both ways. My online racing has improved
my real racing and vice versa, especially the short flat tracks like
I normally race on.
As far as that goes, the car setup stuff I've learned was helped in
both aspects, too.
Tim.
