the patch was for the demo, but I believe it also worked
with the full version. I use split axis with no trouble. without
the old patch. Make sure your are updated with the official 1.551
patch, then when you start the game, if it STILL doesn't recognize your
pedals try this..
reboot the game, hold both pedals down while the sim is loading all
the way till the player menu comes up. Then try and recalibrate .
this of course assumes you checked the 'enable controller' box
on your options screen. and that you first choose a keystroke before
attempting to assign a paticualar axis. like the down arrow for brake,
THEN pressing your brake pedal.
