This guy's rating system must be the kind where every child gets an A for
effort, though. The words don't match the rating, nor does it sound like
this person has ever used another wheel--to have any point of comparison.
Compared to using the keyboard, yes this wheel gets a 9/10.
Here are two quotes from the review that are illuminating:
"The games I tested with were Need For Speed 5, Formula 1 Racing
Championship and Nascar 3. All of these games are great racing titles and
were able to test this wheel to its limits."
"In most racing titles you are able to set the strength of the force
feedback effect. When it was set to default, I found it to be very powerful
and sometimes even overwhelming. It certainly adds to the intensity of the
game and makes it much more realistic. However, during a serious race I
recommend that you turn it off because, although it is fun, I found it
slightly more difficult to play when force feedback was turned on."
