RBR Internet/LAN multiplayer util out

See: http://www.racesimcentral.net/~reg/forums/showthread.php?p=9614

I've d/loaded it, but haven't tried it yet, as I need someone to run
against.

I believe it uses the ghost car to to show the 2nd player.  Also, only 2
player so far. I hope it supports NATing (local IP address if you use a
firewall/router), as it displays my client address as a 192.168.n.n.

Cheers,
Tim
