my friend has a Cable Modem connected to his PC with USB.  The
connection seems fine.  But when he tries to play Nascar, he starts
out with a good ping but it gets quickly worse.  After 10 minutes or
so, he warps bad and disconnects, saying Error on network Device.  I
don't know why this is happening on a Cable Modem.  What is it?  How
do we fix that?
